About Us

I am a stay-at-home mommy. I have been married to my best friend Chad for 11 years now. We have three beautiful baby boys. Andrew is 7, Ethan is 6 and Samuel is 4.

God is so good. I love what I do…what HE has allowed me to do. Staying at home with my precious ones is a blessing for me. We started our adventure of homeschooling two years ago. Andrew is in 2nd grade and Ethan is in Kindergarten and Samuel is in preschool. We are loving it.

I also love to bake. Anyone that knows me would agree. My cinnamon rolls are always a hit, so I thought I would start somewhere with my dream of owning a bakery someday.  That’s why I originally started this blog.  I have sold quite a bit and still do that a little.  But this blog has turned into more than that!  I love keeping friends and family updated on what we are doing.  I also love to be an encouragement to others, especially other homeschoolers.

Contact me!  I’d love to hear from you!

I found your blog from the link moneysavingmom had on her site today. I will definitely be adding your blog to my list to follow. It’s always nice to have other stay at home mom’s whom homeschool to help encourage & share ideas with. I have 3 boys ages 4 1/2, 3, 18 months & another baby boy on the way in 2 months. :)

  5. OK . . . girl, did you know this? I was just reading your post from your weekend and thought that your train shop looked an awful lot like our train shop. So I further scoured your website . . . you live in Avon!!!!!! I grew up in Zionsville and now we live in Indy! Small world!!!! Anyhow that woke me up this AM! Did you grow up around here?

  6. Hello Sarah,

Great site. I’m not quite finish surfing it but from what I’ve seen you have some amazing content. Keep up the good work and be blessed.

P.S. If you get a chance, check out my site http://encouragedbygodsword.com/ and tell me what you think.

  7. I don’t have a blog but I believe we are “like minded” though separated by years. I help homeschool my 6 grandchildren. If your dream is to own a bakery, then I highly encourage you to read Todd Wilson’s “Dream Big” or like him on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Todd-Wilson-The-Familyman/203116453057527) and you can download a FREE mp3 of it.

  8. Sarah,
Thank you so much for sharing your life via your blog. I found you on the MOB Society. We also have all boys. Our boys are 7, 5, 3 and 18 months. The three big guys are all going to have birthdays soon. It’s an awesome and crazy life with little boys, isn’t it. We are so thankful to God for our boys and I can tell you are too. I subscribed to receive your blog posts via email. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
